EUROBATS sponsors Belarusian bats

The EUROBATS Projects Initiative (EPI) sponsors the project 'Bats in Belarus' with a subsidy of € 2,500.00. With this subsidy we can produce a leaflet about bats and forest management, one of the goals of this project. The leaflet will be based on existing leaflets in English and Dutch. Belarusian bat researchers will translate it to the Belarusian situation and into the Belarusian language. The leaflet will be ready in spring 2013.
The EUROBATS Projects Initiative (EPI) provides funding for small- to medium-sized bat conservation projects that fulfill the aims of the Agreement on the Conservation of Populations of European Bats (or in short: Bats Agreement).
